You help our residents with their daily needs in a respectful and compassionate way, and your attention to detail ensures a clean, safe, and supportive environment for everyone in our community. Responsibilities * Participate in shift change reports * Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility * Follow infection control and safety procedures * Collect menu tickets and assist with meal service and dining experience * Launder residents' belongings * Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges * Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital preferred * Strong customer service orientation * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
