Our residents also have access to assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory support right on campus. We are seeking Resident Aide (RA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Part Time, 7:00AM-3:00PM to support carrying out our mission to deliver quality care to our residents! Assist in toileting, bathing, and daily grooming of assigned residents. Maintain a calm, pleasant living environment for the residents. Report and document changes in medical condition to the appropriate nurses on duty. Give and receive shift reports to ensure consistent medical care is delivered. Measure and record vital signs as necessary or instructed. Participates in life enriching activities for our residents. Requirements Previous experience in long-term care. Must have a compassionate, empathetic and nurturing personality. Must truly have a desire to care for the elderly. Must be mature and career minded. Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the State of Illinois is a plus
Responsibilities
Provide daily living support to residents, including bathing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor and document medical conditions and vital signs while coordinating care through shift reports.
