Description Park Place of Elmhurst is a 5-star Assisted Living Community located in Elmhurst. Here at Park Place of Elmhurst, we offer a continuum of care with the security of lifecare. Our residents also have access to assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory support right on campus. We are seeking a hardworking professional Resident Assistant (RA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Registry PRN. Park Place of Elmhurst is a member of the Providence Life Services family where we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve! One must be available to work one weekend per month & work 2 Holidays per year. The primary role is to protect, sustain, and nurture the elders by providing assistance with activities of daily living, and meeting other needs as required. The core goal of the work of the care partner will be to provide assistance, which promotes quality of life and a positive elder hood. Requirements Must have a compassionate, empathetic and nurturing personality. Must truly have a desire to care for the elderly. Must be mature and career minded. Must have a Nursing Assistant Certification for the State of Illinois. Previous experience in long-term care is a plus. EOE Providence Life Services is seeking CNA's or RA's to provide resident and nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing techniques and procedures, established standards, and administrative policies. Maintaining accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care. Performs all functions in compliance with CDC, OSHA, JCAHO, State and Federal Regulatory bodies. Communicates and interprets the goals of care to the resident and family/caregiver.

Responsibilities
