Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking a data- and value-driven Telecom Site Engineer to supervise and manage all site activities, including civil works, site surveys, network design, and installation. The Site Engineer is critical to the successful delivery of telecom projects, coordinating site readiness, supporting commissioning and integration, and ensuring full compliance with Group, legal, and financial directives. This role ensures that every stage of project execution is completed safely, compliantly, and right the first time, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, performance, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) excellence. What you will do: • Site Planning & Preparation o Conduct and manage telecom site surveys to ensure accurate site readiness, documentation, and design validation. o Oversee civil and tower-related works, ensuring alignment with network design and quality standards. o Manage ASPs (Approved Service Providers), ensuring they meet all licensing, training, and compliance requirements. o Coordinate workforce and material management to secure timely and efficient project execution. • Installation, Commissioning & Integration Support o Plan, organize, and supervise the installation and commissioning of telecom infrastructure, including radio, transmission, and power equipment. o Support and assure commissioning and integration activities to enable seamless service activation. o Prepare and validate all installation and implementation documentation, drawings, and reports. o Ensure all on-site work complies with safety, quality, and process standards, fostering a “first-time-right” culture. • Governance, Compliance & Reporting o Adhere strictly to Group Directives, legal and financial policies, and all EHS standards. o Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and quality management requirements. o Produce clear, accurate reports and documentation on project progress, risks, and outcomes. o Provide feedback and lessons learned to improve operational performance and future deployments. • People & Performance o Supervise on-site teams and vendors, providing clear direction and technical guidance. o Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient project delivery and issue resolution. The skills you bring: • Strong technical knowledge of RAN, transmission, power systems, and telecom site infrastructure. • Proven ability to manage ASPs, subcontractors, and on-site workforce effectively. • Working knowledge of EHS standards, data security, and regulatory compliance in telecom operations. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to interpret site designs, installation drawings, and technical documentation. • Hands-on approach with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and delivery excellence. • Demonstrated capability to mentor and guide others in the field. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical field). • 5+ years of experience in telecom site engineering, installation, or rollout projects.
