Description
Travel around Wagga Wagga, Hay, Temora, Tumut and Corowabarham, Berrigan, Deniliquin, Finley, Glenroy, Griffith. Holbrook, Howlong, Jindera, Lavington, Leeton, Lockhart, Moama, Mt Austin, Narrandera, Turvey Park, West Albury, West Wyalong and Yoogali.
Flexible hours and days – Monday to Friday, Full time or part time; no shift work!
Annual Total Remuneration Package of $125,000.00 (Full time equivalent)
7 additional leave days per year (pro rata for part time)
Mileage reimbursed at 88c km in line with Travel Policy after 45km

We’re thrilled to announce that our Aged Care Assessment Services (‘ACAS’) team is expanding, creating exciting opportunities! ACAS positions offer flexibility and autonomy and are based across both metropolitan and regional locations, with most roles involving local travel within each region.
What will your role look like? As an Assessor you’ll be out and about in your Region visiting and completing Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessments using the AN-ACC Assessment Tool.
Day to day this includes: Assessments for New residents, Respite care, reconsideration and palliative AN-ACC Assessment.
Responsibilities
A kind heart and genuine passion for the elderly
A Tertiary qualification in a health related discipline with the relevant current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration. Suitable for a Registered Nurse, Medical Officer, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with 5 years experience delivering clinical services in an aged care setting
Currently have or willing to obtain the RAC Funding Assessor accreditation.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Act, AN-ACC Classification principles and Quality of Care principles
The ability to work autonomously in a geographically dispersed team while maintaining focus
Technologically savvy
Current unrestricted Class C NSW/ACT Drivers licence with access to a reliable motor vehicle
