Welcome to Bosch. 职位描述 Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to support RAC business growth in alignment with company objectives. Expand and manage multi-channel sales network, including KA and offline channels. Drive development of JD offline stores (Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities), local retail chain stores, and TOP decoration companies. Develop and manage JD and Tmall Youpin offline franchise stores in Tier 3 & Tier 4 cities. Strengthen the newly launched SHT self-operated sales channel and ensure effective integration with existing KA channels (Hisense Hitachi and Achiilic Hitachi). Achieve annual sales targets and deliver sustainable revenue growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to optimize channel strategy. Proven track record in KA and offline channel development. Strong understanding of multi-channel retail environment in China market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
