Your Impact You’ll support the day-to-day running of our racing markets, helping ensure events are traded accurately and fairly in real time. With hands-on training, you’ll learn how odds are compiled, how risk is managed, and how customer activity is monitored across all racing codes. This role gives you practical exposure to the world of wagering and trading, building a strong foundation for future opportunities within Risk, Sport, or Trading teams, all while contributing to a smooth, high-quality experience for our customers. No specific skill set is required as it is all on-the-job training but a passion for the racing industry and a basic understanding of wagering and maths are desirable. A Day in the Life Monitor and manage risk across all racing codes. Compile Odds for all Racing codes, Trading races live in play, providing dynamic information for our Live Channels. Analyse and profile clients on an ongoing basis. Referred bet acceptance adhering to the company’s guidelines and policies. Ensure racing and sport are resulted in a timely manner. Attend to client queries and disputes in a timely manner.
