Specific Duties and Responsibilities: * Follow production schedule and instructions given by the Team Leader or Supervisor. * Read and understand routers. * Follow work instructions. * Required to comply with all work, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. * May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: * Must be able to read and follow written work instructions. * Attention to detail and quality is a must. * Must have good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity skills. * Must maintain prompt and regular attendance. * Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and plant employees both verbally and in written form. * Position requires significant standing, and ability to bend, squat and move frequently throughout the day. * Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds. * Understands the environmental directives of EPC. * Understands the environmental impact of their division.
