OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor Installer to join our team on a Self Employed basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the supervision of a team of men while installing various racking products ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through your craftsmanship and professionalism.
We carry out installations all over the UK so the ideal candidate will be available to work away from home overnight.
Candidates that live in Telford are highly preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in installation is required.
• CSCS required.
• IPAF Required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet when faced with challenges on-site.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• A valid UK driver’s licence is essential for travelling between job sites.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is beneficial, along with a commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
• Keep accurate records of installations completed, including any adjustments made during the process.
