JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in warehouse distribution. This position involves various tasks that require physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Laborer will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Previous experience as an order picker or in warehouse distribution is preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
• Basic math skills are required for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
• Experience operating forklifts or clamp trucks is advantageous but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and clamp trucks for the safe movement of materials.
• Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently using a Warehouse Management System.
• Assist in heavy lifting and transporting of goods throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
