The Foundation manages all amenities and common areas, including two beach facilities with private restaurants, three racquet facilities, two boardwalks, a fitness and wellness center, a community center, and approximately 90 acres of land. A critical part of this responsibility includes ensuring compliance with all governing documents, state statutes, and regulatory requirements. About the Position Pelican Bay Foundation is seeking a Racquets Court Coordinator to support our Racquets operations and deliver an exceptional experience to our members and guests. In this role, you will serve as a court monitor at the Pelican Bay Community Park Racquets Facility, helping lead organized play while ensuring a welcoming, fair, and well-managed environment. You will interact directly with members, coordinate daily play activities, manage court flow, and support overall racquets operations. You will also assist with pro shop sales, provide guidance on programming and court usage, and support members with the Pelican Bay Courts App. This position plays a key role in maintaining a positive atmosphere while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do Interact with members and guests, creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere Lead day-to-day organized play at the Pelican Bay Community Park Racquets Facility, with a focus on pickleball, utilizing dry erase boards and timed play formats while managing court flow, crowd control, and fair play Manage player sign-ups and communicate relevant information clearly and effectively Support pro shop operations by selling merchandise, maintaining product knowledge, and promoting sales through recommendations Assist members in identifying appropriate programming and playing opportunities Provide support to members using the Pelican Bay Courts App Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with established timelines and standards Maintain clean, organized, and orderly work areas Complete daily player counts and administrative reporting as assigned Assist with monthly inventory counts Attend and maintain readiness for First Aid/CPR/AED response as needed Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Skills & Experience Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of pickleball and tennis operations within a racquets facility Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package and pride ourselves in providing a fun, evolving, culture-centric work environment.
