  Job Title: Radiologic Technologist / Medical Assistant (MA) Team Lead Location: The Alpine Clinic, North Conway NH Department: Orthopedics Reports To:  Practice Manager Position Summary: The Radiologic Technologist / MA Team Lead plays a dual role in providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of medical assistants and radiologic technologists in a busy orthopedic clinic. This individual ensures efficient clinical operations, maintains compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and fosters a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties: * Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays) in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols. * Assist orthopedic providers with patient care, including rooming, vitals, documentation, and minor procedures. * Ensure proper documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). * Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in a clean and ready state. * Supervise and support clinical staff, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback. * Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and management to ensure smooth workflow and communication. * Monitor compliance with infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and radiology safety standards. * Assist with onboarding and training of new team members. Administrative Support: * Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency. * Participate in quality assurance and improvement programs. * Assist with inventory management and ordering clinical supplies. Qualifications: * Required: * ARRT certification and state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist. * Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or relevant clinical experience. * CPR/BLS certification. * Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics or a related specialty. * Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. * Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to lead and motivate a team. * Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation. * Knowledge of orthopedic terminology and procedures. Work Environment: * Fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic. * Direct patient contact and exposure to radiologic equipment. * Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the day.   Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
