Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Oncologist to join our medical team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering individualized radiation therapy treatments to patients diagnosed with cancer. Your dedication to patient-centered care and your expertise in radiation oncology will contribute to improving patient outcomes and quality of life. Responsibilities Perform detailed assessments of patients to develop tailored radiation treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive oncology care. Administer radiation therapy and monitor patient responses to treatment. Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment options and expectations. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing research and educational activities to stay updated with advancements in the field. MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Radiation Oncology. Valid medical license to practice. Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiation oncology. Proficiency with radiation therapy equipment and treatment planning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
