We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of oncology patients. Location: Multiple sites across the Phoenix Valley WHAT YOU’LL DO * Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the oncologist * Educate patients on procedures, side effects, and care expectations * Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team * Perform simulations and create immobilization devices * Operate radiation therapy equipment (Elekta experience preferred) * Conduct daily quality assurance (QA) checks on equipment * Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation * Support new technology implementation and assist with student training WHAT YOU BRING * ARRT Certification (required) * 1–2+ years of radiation therapy experience (preferred) * Bachelor’s degree (preferred) * Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures * Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office * Strong patient care, communication, and observation skills * Ability to travel between clinic locations with reliable transportation WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive pay + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance & multiple supplemental options) * 401(k) retirement plan * Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates * Supportive, mission-driven work environment Learn more: www.ironwoodcrc.com “Outsmarting Cancer, One Patient at a Time.”

Responsibilities

Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments and operate specialized equipment while performing simulations and quality assurance checks. Educate patients on procedures and side effects while maintaining accurate treatment documentation.
