REQUIRED SKILLS:

Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in the design of, or analysis of, RF sensor systems, seekers, or electronic warfare systems.
Strong people skills and technical leadership experience are a must.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience performing RF system modeling, performance prediction, and data analysis
Experience with Digital Signal Processing and/or Digital Beam Forming
Familiarity with electronic attack and protection techniques
Radar engineering analysis, including the use of Blake charts
Focal plane array designs (including AESA) and analysis
Strong MATLAB, Python, and C++ skills
Graduate-level coursework and/or hands-on project experience in radar systems and RF signal processing
Prior experience with sensor HW design, signal processing, tracking algorithms, and/or RF resource management
Experience in sensor modeling and simulation including algorithm and software development
Experience in the development of simulation tools and test tools for sensor analysis
The candidate must be a US citizen and have an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
