Description

PRN (As Needed) 8 Hours per month required Position Function: Under the direction of the Diagnostic Supervisor, uses stationary or portable imaging modalities in providing patient imaging services. Insures patient positioning and preparation of facilities, equipment and supplies for patient services. Transfers patients between wheelchairs, stretchers, exam tables and patient units. Duties include bone densitometry, as well as all general radiographic procedures.

Responsibilities

The technologist uses imaging modalities to provide patient imaging services under the direction of the Diagnostic Supervisor, ensuring proper patient positioning and preparation of equipment. Duties include performing bone densitometry and all general radiographic procedures.
