Actively supports an outcomes-based learning centered culture through continued professional development for improvement of self and the college in keeping with the College's learning-centered values and goals. Reports to and operates under the direction and supervision of the Department Chair. Job Responsibilities: Evaluates student achievement of expected learning behaviors. Provides verbal/written feedback. Implements ongoing assessment of student learning.  Implements clinical and didactic instruction facilitating student attainment of expected clinical behaviors. Plans course activities to assist students to achieve course objectives. Supervises students in the learning environment. Confers with students regarding progress according to established course requirements. Acts as a role model when facilitating student learning. assist students to relate theory to clinical.  Participates in the development and implementation of the course. Apply course concepts to clinical experiences. Coordinates learning experiences with appropriate clinical staff. Consults with Department Chair. Attend course meetings. Facilitates the activities of the skills lab. Holds office hours. Participates in the accreditation and assessment process.  Supports College Operations and College Goals. Supports ASRT Program Philosophy, Organizing Framework and Program Goals.
