Posting Title: Radiologist Industry: Hospital Salary: ₹4LPM to 4.5LPM Work Experience: 0-1 year Responsibilities: Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging studies including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, and Mammography. Generate detailed and accurate radiological reports in a timely manner, ensuring clarity and clinical relevance. Collaborate with referring physicians to provide expert consultation on imaging findings and recommend appropriate follow-up studies. Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and quality assurance standards. Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment under supervision, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to clinical decision-making. Stay updated with advancements in radiological techniques, technology, and best practices through ongoing education and training. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Requirements: MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Radiology (MD/DM Radiodiagnosis or equivalent). Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council. Proficiency in interpreting X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, and Mammography imaging modalities. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, colleagues, and healthcare teams. Basic knowledge of PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) and hospital information systems (HIS). Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
