No Primary Diagnostic Call Responsibilities: Experience an exceptional work-life balance with effectively no evenings, nights, or routine weekend responsibilities due to our large department and subspecialized structure. Predictable and Flexible Schedule: Hybrid (onsite and remote) daily breast clinic schedule. Benefit from at least 1.5 days of remote breast work per week, with potential to increase as staffing grows. Flexible part-time work schedules are available and fully supported. High Earning Potential and Generous Incentives: Elevated Signing Bonus: We offer a significantly higher signing bonus than many other Kaiser locations, currently at $300,000. The available bonus is based on the time of start, not the time of signing.
