WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Greets all patients/visitors upon arrival in department. • Answers incoming calls to the department. • Informs patients on exam preparations and instructions. • Monitor’s patient waiting times. • Verifies orders and enters into appropriate system. • Fulfills requests for copies of patient records and films. • Maintain work area to sanitary standards. • Keeps all food and beverages out of patient care areas. • Maintain and enhances communication skills and technology.
