Description
The Radiology Clinical Facilitator performs a wide variety of routine duties including clerical, technical and patient related functions. Is responsible for assisting members of the patient care team and providing a broad range of health care services such as: patient check-in, exam review, preparation for the visit, patient education, assistance with exams and procedures, and patient transporting. The Facilitator is trained to use a wide variety of computer systems. The Radiology Clinical Facilitator may be assigned to work in a variety of imaging sections, assist multiple radiology modalities and/or clinical services per operational needs. Must be able to resolve conflict and endure the pressures associated with a high volume and changing work environment. Will assist adults, geriatric, adolescents, and pediatric age groups and performs patient assessment within the scope of practice. The exams may be performed in the various Radiology Imaging sections and at a variety of clinical sites. Schedule: Full-time Tuesday - Friday from 11am to 8pm and 8am to noon on Saturday.
