Job Title: Radiology Manager Location: Bellevue, WA Competitive salary + Bonus: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the imaging department Lead and supervise a team of 30+ staff Handle staff hiring, training, and performance reviews Monitor patient workflow and resolve any issues Manage budgets, scheduling, and resources Ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly Work with other departments to improve processes Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in imaging (Radiologic Tech, Sonographer, Mammography, or Nuclear Medicine) 3+ years of experience in a supervisory/lead role Strong experience in Nuclear Medicine Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Relevant certification (Radiologic Technologist, Sonographer, or Nuclear Medicine) Active Washington state certification (required) Work Environment Onsite role in a large, busy imaging department May require early morning or on-call availability Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Additional Info No relocation support No sponsorship available Full-time, leadership role Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
