POSITION SUMMARY: Perform business in a courteous and professional manner. Provide patient services by greeting patients, answering phone calls, making patient appointments, routing clinical calls in accordance with practice policies, obtaining and verifying patient information, entering patient data into EMR. Observes strict patient confidentiality at all times.    Education/Experience:   1. High School Diploma or equivalent required   2.
