Schedule: Full Time; Mon - Fri, call rotation; potential float to Parkway Shift: Days; 10:30a - 7:00p The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Palm Coast - 60 MEMORIAL MEDICAL PKWY, Palm Coast, 32164 The role you’ll contribute: Responsible for performing radiographic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Positions, moves, and assists patients to ensure accurate imaging results. This role performs clerical duties and provides basic patient care within the scope of practice and departmental standards. In addition, this position adheres to compliance plans and regulations of local, state, and federal agencies. The value you’ll bring to the team: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, providers, team members, and others of diverse backgrounds. Moves, positions, and manipulates radiographic equipment to complete requested procedures safely. Performs direct patient care duties within the technologist’s scope of practice, including monitoring patient condition, transporting patients, and using proper infection control techniques Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks. Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low. The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: High School Grad or Equivalent. Current ARRT certification Florida license in Radiography required. Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS). 1yr Operating Room Rad Tech experience Preferred qualifications: Associate degree Bachelor's degree
