A member of Catholic Health Services of Long Island, St. Francis is consistently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a national leader for Cardiology & Heart Surgery, as well as for Gastroenterology & GI Surgery Job Details Responsibilities: • The Radiology Technologist is responsible for interpreting the doctor's orders as to the type of radiography or treatment for the patient • Positions and instructs patients on procedures being performed • Administer non-injectable contrast material for routine radiographs and observe for reaction • Wet-up and operate stationary and mobile x-ray equipment; process and review radiographs for quality and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Licensed & Registered as a Radiology Technologist with NYS Department of Health • ARRT Certification in Radiology • Completion of Radiologic Technology training in an AMA approved school • BLS Required Salary Range USD $53.42 - USD $53.42 /Hr. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits. Responsibilities
