What You’ll Do Perform diagnostic radiography procedures independently, following established protocols. Verify patient identity, review orders, and document clinical information accurately. Administer oral or rectal contrast per physician orders and departmental policies. Ensure exams are properly coded, archived, and processed in all imaging systems. Interact with patients and team members respectfully and empathetically, maintaining a focus on quality and safety. Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures and ease concerns. Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or verification from ARRT approved school of completion of program and scheduled graduation date. Technologists hired before graduation will have indirect supervision by an ARRT certified diagnostic technologist until the degree is verified. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: ARRT Registry eligible as a Radiologic Technologist. Must obtain radiography registry within 6 months of hire date. CPR or BLS Required.
