What You’ll Do Perform diagnostic radiography procedures independently and in accordance with established protocols. Review patient histories and physician orders to ensure accurate imaging and optimal data acquisition. Administer oral and rectal contrast following physician orders and department policy. Operate advanced imaging equipment to acquire, analyze, and document high-quality images. Maintain accurate exam tracking and documentation in the RIS and ISITE systems. Diagnostic Tech Requirements: Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or verification from ARRT approved school of completion of program and scheduled graduation date. Technologists hired before graduation will have indirect supervision by an ARRT certified diagnostic technologist until the degree is verified. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: ARRT Registry eligible as a Radiologic Technologist. Must obtain radiography registry within 6 months of hire date. CPR or BLS Required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
