Description Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Employment Type: Full-Time, Benefits & PTO Eligible Pay: $35–$45/hour (based on experience) Start Date: ASAP (target within 2 weeks) About the Role XstremeMD is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to support clinical operations and deliver high-quality imaging services. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical precision, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform X-rays as ordered by the medical provider Upload and document imaging results accurately in EMR systems Ensure high-quality radiologic images for provider evaluation Register patients and maintain accurate medical records Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and client representatives Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical workspace Perform routine equipment checks and calibrations Assist with patient flow and general clinical support as needed Requirements Minimum Qualifications New Mexico Radiologic Technologist License (MIRTP) (ARRT certification required or eligible) Ability to upload and manage imaging in EMR systems Strong computer literacy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations Pre-Employment Requirements Standard background check Drug screening I-9 Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Prior experience in occupational health or clinical settings What Makes a Top Performer Strong customer service mindset (non-negotiable) Clear, professional communicator with patients and families High attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Calm, composed, and effective under pressure Willingness to participate in a compensated on-call rotation Work Environment Clinical setting with routine patient interaction Standard weekday schedule (Monday–Friday) Participation in on-call rotation as needed
