Radon Mitigation Specialist Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Company Van Provided We are seeking a dependable and motivated Radon Mitigation Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on position working directly with homeowners, home buyers, and home sellers to help reduce radon levels and create safer homes. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physical work in basements, crawl spaces, attics, and other tight areas, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. A company van is provided, and work is performed Monday through Friday. At our company, we work hard, support one another, and take pride in the results of our efforts. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of an awesome team while also being able to work efficiently independently or as part of a team. No experience is necessary — we are willing to train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: * Install radon mitigation systems in residential homes * Work directly with homeowners, buyers, and sellers in a professional manner * Assess job sites and determine proper mitigation solutions * Use tools and equipment safely and effectively * Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site * Complete work independently or collaboratively with team members as needed Qualifications: * No experience necessary; willing to train the right candidate * Comfortable with physical labor and getting dirty * Able to work in crawl spaces, basements, and attics * Strong work ethic and dependable attendance * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Good communication and customer service skills * Valid driver’s license required If you’re looking for a rewarding position with a hardworking team and a company that values quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
