SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or related trades is a plus but not required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools
  • Enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving—radon mitigation is a thinking trade, not just an installation job. You will design effective systems, not just install them.
  • Ability to assess unique job conditions and determine the best mitigation approach.
  • Understanding of air pressure, ventilation, and building science concepts (training provided).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team. You will have the full support of our team for tricky jobs, ensuring you’re never left to figure things out alone.

    Pay: $52,000.00-$78,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Install radon mitigation systems using building science principles that incorporate plumbing, HVAC, and air pressure diagnostics.
  • Assess airflow and pressure variations in buildings to determine the best mitigation strategies.
  • Use power tools and mechanical equipment to cut, assemble, and secure ventilation systems.
  • Drive to job sites and interact professionally with homeowners to explain system functions.
  • Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and meets industry regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and best practices in radon mitigation and air quality improvement.
  • Prioritize quality over speed—we take pride in doing the best work possible and never sacrifice quality for efficiency.
