REQUIREMENTS:

  • Project professional image (own a black blazer and skirt).
  • Prefer similar experience in Office Tower, shopping centre information counter, Front Office in Hotel, etc
  • Able to use Computer to carry out administrative duties
  • Good customer service & Good communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues
  • Ability to organise and multitask
  • Good team player & can work well with different departments
  • Monday to Friday with standard working hours; must be flexible to work two shifts (8 am - 6 pm / 9:30 am - 7:30 pm).
Responsibilities
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls and provide basic information when needed.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc).
  • Data entry and perform other clerical receptionist duties.
