Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Project professional image (own a black blazer and skirt).
- Prefer similar experience in Office Tower, shopping centre information counter, Front Office in Hotel, etc
- Able to use Computer to carry out administrative duties
- Good customer service & Good communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues
- Ability to organise and multitask
- Good team player & can work well with different departments
- Monday to Friday with standard working hours; must be flexible to work two shifts (8 am - 6 pm / 9:30 am - 7:30 pm).
Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls and provide basic information when needed.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc).
- Data entry and perform other clerical receptionist duties.
