We are currently looking for a:
Raging Waters Sydney - Facilities Team Leader
About the role:
The Facilities Team Leader is a hands on working leader responsible for supporting, guiding, and
working alongside seasonal team members across the Facilities department including Slide
Inspection, Water Quality, Tubes, and General Maintenance.
This role suits someone who leads by example, takes pride in quality and safety, and genuinely
cares for the wellbeing, development, and morale of their team. While trade qualifications are not
required, candidates should have previous hands on experience in maintenance, operations, or
technical environments. Site specific and procedural training will be provided to build familiarity
with park systems.

Pay Conditions:
This is a casual position from October to April, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays during the season.
The hourly rates are in accordance with the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award. Facilities Team Leader aged 20 years or older are paid at a Grade 5 hourly rate of $37.35per hour (includes casual loading).
