We are currently looking for a: Raging waters Sydney - In-Park Revenue Coordinator About the role: The Guest Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of Admissions, Guest Experience and Retail, ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to exit. This role is a hands-on operational leader who drives frontline performance, service standards, safety compliance and revenue outcomes across all front-of-house commercial touchpoints. The Coordinator ensures all teams are rostered, trained, supported and accountable for delivering an outstanding guest experience while maximising per-cap revenue opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead daily park operations across Admissions, Guest Experience and Retail Ensure all locations are fully staffed, stocked and operationally ready prior to park opening Drive consistent upsell and upgrade behaviours across all departments Commercial & Revenue Performance Drive per-cap revenue across admissions upgrades, retail and in-park products Lead daily sales focus including promotions, bundles and impulse purchases Ensure merchandising standards are executed to maximise conversion Support new product launches, campaigns and in-park activations Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and frontline staff Support recruitment, onboarding and training of seasonal staff Ensure staff are correctly trained and compliant prior to shifts Support rostering through Quinyx to ensure optimal coverage Stock, Assets & Presentation Oversee daily stock checks and replenishment Ensure retail stores are visually merchandised to brand standards Maintain presentation standards across all guest-facing locations Conduct audits and stocktakes Offseason During the off-season, the Guest Operations Coordinator will remain highly engaged across the business, supporting a range of operational and commercial functions. This may include leading the Call Centre and Guest Experience team, assisting with group bookings and event enquiries, supporting seasonal recruitment and onboarding, and contributing to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role is flexible and hands-on, providing critical operational support to ensure the park is fully prepared for each new season. Requirements Languages: Fluent English Skills & Experience: Proven experience in frontline operations, retail, hospitality or attractions Strong people leadership and coaching capability Excellent guest service and conflict resolution skills Commercial mindset with sales and revenue focus Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organisational and decision-making skills Availability to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods. Relationships Internal: General Manager / Facilities / Finance / Food & Beverage / Guest Experience/ Operations / People & Culture / Retail / Sales & Marketing / Commercial Teams. External: Guests/ Contractors / Suppliers / Business Partners.
