Main responsibilities: Planuoti paslaugų poreikį ryšių/telekomunikacijų sistemų priežiūrai Organize the development and implementation of System engineering related to the Rail Baltica project. Lead complex technical analysis and design review for all aspects of railway systems Definition and management of functional and technical interfaces between systems and subsystems Ensure that the System Engineering processes are carried out by the developed Rail Baltica process. Coordinate System engineering processes with all stakeholders. Participate in the technical team's project planning and implementation tasks. Participate in targeted formats and working groups designed to address and coordinate technical issues of the Rail Baltica project. Participate in processes related to the implementation of Rail Baltica railway infrastructure structural solutions. What do we expect? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree or experienceExperience in definition and implementation of System Engineering processes for railway systems and projects) Significant Experience in Project management Experience in high speed (>200km/h) line railway engineering Knowledge of RAMS concept Ability to lead, plan and allocate work while interacting with stakeholders. Leadership, independence, ability to adapt, initiative, strong goal-oriented culture, teamwork, critical thinking; Ability to work and communicate in English.
