We’re keen to strengthen the team with those interested in joining us for the next stage of the journey. We are looking for a Rail Supervisor to join the team on a 2:1 Roster. This is a key role to our success, providing quality leadership and and liaising with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing sound leadership to our rail team of 6-25 people
• Liaising with our clients, upholding professional relationships and delivering quality work
• Implementing maintenance schedules, resourcing and inspections
• Endorsing our core value of ‘The Safe Way is the Only Way’

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for supportive and safe leadership
• Knowledge of mining procedures and processes
