• Have a master’s degree in environmental sciences, biology, civil engineering, or other equivalent education
• Have experience in managing environmental and sustainability issues in environmental assessments, EIAs, contaminated sites, or other environmental-related areas, as a consultant, at a government agency, or in a company
• Have strong business acumen including the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
• Are deeply committed to the role of environmental and sustainability issues in societal development
• Enjoy working in teams with diverse expertise
• Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and Englis
