Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to corporate CHC Health, Safety and Environment & Quality Policy and all other company policies.
  • Preparation of aircraft cabin prior to flight and after flights.
  • Baggage and freight handling/loading of aircraft.
  • Provide assistance to Operations with passenger life vests, briefings, passenger escorting/loading.
  • Provide assistance to engineers on aircraft departures and arrivals.
  • Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness and safety standards within the Base hangar.
  • Carry out forklift duties as required (forklift licence required).
  • Refueling of aircraft - including rotors running refueling.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:

  • An ability to obtain and hold an ASIC card.
  • A current Forklift Licence.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and under supervision.
  • The ability to work in a small team.
  • Possess a positive and can-do attitude approach.
  • Aviation related operational experience or experience in a similar role will be viewed favourably.
