Job Description: Job Description Responsible for Air Ramp operations in SZX (safety, compliance, training, regional-wide coordination, office administration). Supervises Air Ramp team & vendors on flight, ramp, import & export operations. Monitor & control work performance. Protect Airline's interest. Coordinates UPS Air Operations with compliance to procedures, methods & safety. Organizes air ramp’s resources & workload. Handles training. On Time Performance, Aircraft Utilization, Payload Maximization, Flight & Ground Safety, Audit Standards Requirements & Qualifications Diploma or bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience in ramp or ground operations Prior team lead or senior ramp agent experience Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling procedures Familiarity with GSE operations and safety Ability to lead ramp teams in fast-paced operational environments Attention to safety, accuracy, and performance Employee Type: Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing Air Ramp operations, including safety, compliance, and the supervision of teams and vendors. Focuses on optimizing on-time performance, aircraft utilization, and payload maximization while ensuring ground safety.
