Description Department: Operational Job Status: Part Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Director of Operations Work Schedule: As needed Positions Supervised: None POSITION SUMMARY General assistance with the flight school. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential Functions: Move aircraft on the ground Coordinate with flight dispatchers to have aircraft moved in and out of the hangar in preparation for flights Wash and clean aircraft interiors/exteriors Assist in general upkeep and cleaning of flight school facilities Assist with setup and tear-down of flight school events Assist with any projects assigned by the Operations manager Grounds keeping / yard work POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competencies: Ability to lift and move at least 50lbs regularly Ability to work outdoors year round Friendly and cooperative Ability to work independently Detail oriented SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: N/A Experience: N/A; Entry level

Responsibilities

The Ramper will assist with moving aircraft on the ground and coordinating with flight dispatchers for flight preparations. Additional responsibilities include cleaning aircraft and maintaining flight school facilities.
