2nd Level Operations (CM,PM,FM) Prepare the required databases for all configuration changes at the Radio Access Network Work together with the other departments at the preparation phase to locate and solve the problems Perform the required configuration change.Managing CAB processes. Control the effects of the configuration change for any adverse effect. Analyse the tickets coming from L1&BCO. Locate the reason of the problem and resolve or open ticket to the involved department within given SLA's and OLA's durations Send tickets to the 3rd level management for the problems he/she cannot locate within given SLA's and OLA's durations Investigate performance tickets coming from 1st line maintenance. Ensuring the automation of configuration changes on Accela tool&Internal scripts. Performing an inconsistency check.. 2nd Level Support & Reporting Support the implementation and acceptance of the procured tools. Support the new software feature and parameter optimization trials. Guide the other departments to ensure service quality Support the field teams to improve performance and availability Prepare the needed reports to show the effects of the major CM changes Health&Safety To work in compliance with health & safety rules and policies, and to identify the risks related to the works/job To ensure to work safely and in good health, and provide a safe place of work, Information Security Responsible for noting and reporting any deviations from the VTAS's security policy and report all suspected security and/or policy breaches to VTAS FRS Management Protect access accounts, privileges, and associated passwords , and accept accountability for individual user accounts by maintaining confidentiality Understand and comply with the VTAS's Information security policies & procedures, standards and guidelines.
