Overview:
TeleWorld Solutions is seeking an RAN EMS-OSS-OAMP Senior T3 Engineer to support and maintain the Element Management Systems (EMS), Operations Support Systems (OSS), and Operations, Administration, Maintenance, and Provisioning (OAMP) functions for wireless Radio Access Networks (RAN). This individual will play a key role in managing and integrating network elements, ensuring performance visibility, and driving automation for next-gen telecom environments.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting issues reported from customer labs and production.
  • Expected to be part of the Production Tier3 support - OnCall rotation list
  • Responsible to execute the SW upgrade or any specialty MOPs in the production network
  • Responsible to co-ordinate with Tier2 and TAC teams to debug and root cause any production issues
  • Responsible for development of product requirements, feature requirements, systems and
  • Educate our customers on Samsung’s new products and services both individually and in a team environment.
  • Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan.
  • Works closely with various support organizations, logistics, and cross- functional teams from SEA and Samsung HQ to achieve successful new product roll-outs and developments
