Description
Monitor KPIs and troubleshoot worst-performing cells to maintain network quality. Propose and assess parameter trials and evaluate new software features. Conduct audits on parameters, neighbours, licences, and hardware configurations. Analyse radio measurements and system counters to recommend optimisation actions. Perform utilisation and capacity studies to manage network resources effectively. Develop multi-carrier strategies and ensure multi-RAT interoperability. Handle customer complaints and prepare for special events. Stay updated on latest technologies and software releases. Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership for up to 10 engineers. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Communications/Electronics). Minimum 8+ years' experience in Radio Planning & Optimisation. Hands-on experience with 5G technology is essential. Proficient in MS Office, TEMS, and radio planning tools. Strong knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Multi-vendor experience and programming/automation skills are advantageous.
