We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking mixed farm/Ranch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the ranch’s operations, ensuring the well-being of livestock, and supporting various agricultural tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate farm machinery and heavy equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in ranching or agricultural work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools is essential.
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic math skills for managing supplies and inventory accurately.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are critical for success in this role.

• Manage garden areas by planting, irrigating, and maintaining crops as needed.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for various tasks around the ranch.
• Perform heavy lifting as required for moving feed, supplies, or equipment.
• Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of crops and gardens.
• Conduct basic math calculations for inventory management and feed measurements.
