Description MUST DO Assist with the care of Rocker W. Ranch and the repair and maintenance of farm equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the repair and maintenance of farm equipment. Performs tasks associated with farming and land management. Regular inspection and repair of fencing around the property. Assist with mowing and some animal husbandry. Requirements Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises. Ability to lift, push, pull, or manipulate heavy objects of 50+lbs. Ability to drive a tractor and use hand and power tools applicable to trade, such as ATVs, chainsaws, log splitters, mowers, weed eaters, skid steer, and other small equipment. Self-motivated and capable of working alone and completing tasks with little supervision. Ability to solve problems and manage several tasks simultaneously. Uphold a stewardship mindset with the time and resources you have. BONUS POINTS IF... You have welding experience WORK SCHEDULE 40 hours per week Some evenings and weekends as needed
