Land Stewardship: Clear trails and remove downed timber/trees to ensure property access and safety. Wildland Firefighting: Willing and able to assist with initial response to wildfire and support wildfire personnel as needed. Other related job duties as assigned. Requirements Experience: Proven work history in farming, ranching, or a related heavy-labor industry Physical Capability: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in all weather conditions (heat, snow, and high-desert wind) Technical Skills: Experience with ATVs and basic mechanical aptitude; proficiency in horseback riding for cattle work is highly preferred Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as the seasonal needs of the ranch dictate Mindset: A self-starter who takes pride in "leaving it better than you found it" and communicates well within a team environment. What We Offer A dynamic work environment on a premier Eastern Oregon ranch. The opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to the Western way of life. Full/Time Year Round - Competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and 401(k) company contribution. Seasonal – Competitive compensation.
