Job Title Job Reports To (Manager’s Title) Range Coordinator (RC) Support Services Department Job Grade Compensation JIFCO Step 1 Status Post date Close date  ☒ Exempt ☐ Non-Exempt ☒ Full-Time ☐ Part-Time 05/11/2026 Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Range Coordinator (RC) to plan and execute all logistics activities for JIFCO range details. The ideal candidate will coordinate transportation, manage NL weapons and ammunition, and ensure the smooth operation of range events. This role requires a Secret clearance. Responsibilities: * Logistics Coordination: Arrange and coordinate transportation, temporary loan of NL weapons from government sources, and input NL ammunition requests via the Total Ammunition Management Information System. * Maintenance and Accountability: Maintain and ensure accountability of JIFCO-owned devices, systems, and specialized payloads (e.g., compressed air launched projectiles, taser cartridges). * Range Requests: Submit range requests through the Range Facility Management Support System. * Personnel Coordination: Coordinate support personnel assignments (e.g., Range Officer-In-Charge, Range Safety Officer, medical, drivers) for NLW familiarization fire range events annually. * Event Support: Assist JIFCO personnel at firing range events, including the setup and turn-in of each range. * Monthly Reporting: Provide monthly reports to the Contractor PM for inclusion in the monthly status report. * Trip Reports: Provide trip reports for all approved contractor travel within five business days of returning from travel. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s degree or five years of general work experience and a high school degree. * Experience: * Minimum of one year of experience with military range operations and safety. * Minimum of one year of experience with NL weapons or a similar technology area. * Clearance: Secret clearance. Location: Quantico VA. Occasional travel required.
