The Range Manager is responsible for the overall day to day operations of Shawnee Skies. Shawnee Skies is an economic enterprise of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe, the Range Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of Shawnee Skies. The Range Managers responsibilities include event planning, classroom and field instruction, inventory control, financial management, equipment and grounds maintenance, and staff training and supervision.

EDUCATION:

· High School Diploma or GED required
· Associate’s degree in Marketing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

· Law enforcement, military, security officer, or shooting range experience is strongly preferred.
· Multi-Tasking and time management skills
· Data management and spreadsheet maintenance skills
· Office management skills, including but not limited to typing, data entry, record keeping and filing
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Respect for all Tribal Members, Tribal Officials, Supervisors, and Co-Workers
· Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
· Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
· Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct
· Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute in a team environment
· Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction
