Mō te tūranga | About the role You’ll be at the forefront of managing visitor experiences, supporting a new paid parking initiative and ensuring compliance with park bylaws. The position will be focussed on: Managing vehicle parking and assisting visitors at White Horse Hill carpark. Providing information and education on paid parking, park bylaws, front country tracks and safety. Monitoring compliance with campground fees and concessionaire requirements. Supporting maintenance of tracks, facilities, and campground facilities. Please note, this role is rostered 5 days per week on a rotating 7-day roster. Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences Good judgment for reporting compliance issues and emergencies Practical maintenance skills for outdoor facilities and equipment Current First Aid certificate Competence with technology, including Microsoft Office and online booking systems A proactive attitude toward health, safety, and wellbeing Ability to work over the weekend and holiday periods.
