Company Description Location: Gravesend & the surrounding areas such as, Maidstone, Northampton, London, Folkestone & Brighton. Pay Rate: £18 - £19 per hour Shifts Available: Covering regular days and nights, on a rota basis to cover various packages of care up to a 100 mile radius. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge. Qualifications What you’ll need Previous experience in complex care or in a rapid response role is extremely advantageous prior to interview. This experience could include ventilation support, tracheostomy care, peg feeding, seizure management, ABI and spinal injuries. Additional Information Why choose us?
