Role Summary: The Rapid Responder Driver is a vital part of Healing Transitions' Post Overdose Response Team. This role focuses on implementing overdose prevention strategies by ensuring clients have consistent access to medication at Morse Clinic of North Raleigh. Role Requirements and Preferences: Required: * Active in Recovery. * Valid Driver’s License. * Knowledge of Wake County’s System of Care: * Understanding of the community resources and treatment options available for individuals with substance use disorders. * Team-Oriented: * Ability to work collaboratively and participate in weekly supervision sessions. * Strong Skills:  * Engagement and communication * Documentation and organizational skills * Customer service and time management * Tech Proficiency: * Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and data management software. * Negative pre-employment drug test. CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: * CREATE A SAFE, SUPPORTIVE, AND NON-JUDGMENTAL ENVIRONMENT WHILE TRANSPORTING CLIENTS. DOCUMENTATION: * ACCURATELY DOCUMENT EACH TRANSPORT. SAFETY AND CAUTION: * ENSURE THE SAFETY OF CLIENTS DURING TRANSPORTATION, EXERCISING CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.  WORK ENVIRONMENT: THIS ROLE INVOLVES THE USE OF STANDARD OFFICE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING COMPUTERS, PHONES, COPIERS, FILING CABINETS. EMPLOYEES MAY OCCASIONALLY BE EXPOSED TO WET OR HUMID OUTDOOR CONDITIONS. THE TYPICAL NOISE LEVEL IS MODERATE.
